microsoft has finally allowed people to get their hands on the microsoft surface project, which in my opinion, is quite boring and unoriginal. you can try out the thing at las vegas’s rio hotel in the ibar. those people sure look like they’re having fun playing that touch pinball game. they must get paid pretty well for being such cheesy actors.
the video to me is cheesy at best. you can tell that greedy microsoft wanted to show off every aspect of their table in one 2-minute piece. multitouch photo and video browsing? bowling? playing the drums? microsoft, you guys couldn’t come up with anything good for your surface except for the idea that i had for being able to order drinks and send notes to other people in the bar using different tables?
i gotta say that apple’s touch OS has beaten you to a pulp once again in this touch-sensitive world. video inside.
