seriously, how hard is it to take my $3,000 and order a set of wheels over the phone and to make sure it arrives on a set and promised time? really? because if it’s really that hard, you should be working at a mcdonalds serving me my order. that’s what fast food joints are for.
Evan, the tracking says the wheels are not going to arrive until next Tuesday and they were barely shipped today. I am very unhappy with Group5′s service and expected much much more out of you guys. And there’s nothing more you can offer me for the trouble from this entire transaction? It doesn’t matter how hard you worked to get this thing shipped out, promise after promise was all I got and so far the only thing I’ve been given were delays, whether it be because at error of Group5 and your contracts with BBS or a miscommunication or whatever. All that mattered was that I paid cash up front and knew what I wanted. Surely it’s not that hard to put an order in and make sure it’s shipped when it’s supposed to be shipped? It’s been like, what, a month and a week now and still no wheels after such an easy sale? I could’ve got these exact same wheels for $100 cheaper and shipped to my door using e46fanatics vendor Khoalty. I guess I expected way too much from Group5.
