made a few adjustments including the logo, the purpley rainbow margins, social media icons and the footer. also made adjustments to the background. also decided to remove 40% of the initial design that i would probably not use. would’ve been too much clutter anyway. keep on the lookout for the new design!

the blog speed hasn’t been as rapid lately due to the fact that my laptop died, but that should soon change in a matter of days.
its so weird browsing this guy’s blog. i look at all of his entries and noticed the same blogging style, same design/development style, similar blogs and interests in things. its just so weird. a little creepy. he wants to make his own cms. he writes and plays music. setting up his own “command center” in his room. just felt like sharing. that is all.

many of you subscribers should already know my site was hacked a few weeks ago thanks to me being an idiot and setting one of my folders to 777 and having a form within the folder. having a secure site should be our first priorities when keeping a successful blog and hopefully these security tips will help you implement a better stance in security against malicious activity.
a lot of these are a bit outdated from a 1-2 months back and i haven’t been maintaining the keywords, but i’ve been able to climb to the top with my latest seo practices and have confidence that i can pull it off again.

i was hacked. that’s what happened. it says so right here and on every other freaking index file on my server.
i can’t believe i had to hack into my own cpanel account just so i could regain control of my own server. but i did some digging and found the security hole and patched things up. the culprits will be dealt with as well…very swiftly.
