you’ll notice these funny-looking icons underneath each post on the main page and underneath each blog on each individual blog page. for most of you designers and developers, you should already know what those are.
for the rest of you, they are simply social bookmarking icons. i’ve been getting a couple hundred hits from digg and stumbleupon and decided to do a few hacks to the blog and include these links for each entry so that i can take advantage of those clicks and gain more visitors. basically all you need to know is that people who have accounts with digg, technorati, stumbleupon, delicio.us, etc. can simply click the corresponding link for a blog they like. the blog will then be added to the social bookmarking site.
for those of you who aren’t involved in my world. i simply made it easier for people who use these social bookmarking services to bookmark my sites, that’s all. if you aren’t a designer or developer, you don’t have to really worry about it, but if you do have a digg account or anything like that, i could surely appreciate the click.
